NEWS : 1 September 2020 -

Registration fees are now reduced for all and much less for students (sorry can not be set to 0  due expenses to cover). Access to the pre-recorder files will be possible through a password for those who registered to the conferences.

NEWS : 10 April 2020 -

On-line payment by credit card will be re-opened in  October 2020 since the Symposium is postponed in November. On-line payment by credit card is now closed.

NEWS : 12 March 2020 -

Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) current situation, the early bird registration date is postponed from March 15th to March 30th, 2020. We carefully follow the situation.

Important:  * Oral papers are expected to be presented and Poster papers are expected to be attended. Failure to do so will result in no possibility of publication of your paper.

Important:  * Authors need to register by October 10th, 2020 to have their paper included in the final program.

Important: Authors from some countries need a visa to be admitted to Canada, see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp Visa application process is sometimes very long, up to two months in some instances. It is thus recommended to start the process very early! We will be pleased to mail you (by regular mail) a letter confirming your participation to SHM-NDT 2020, just send us a request at quebec@gel.ulaval.ca  please be sure to refer to your paper(s) number(s) when doing so.

Important: Authors from some countries need an Electronic Traval Authorization (eTA) to fly to a Canadian airport. The process may take several days to process, so it is recommended to get an eTa before your flight. To apply for an eTa, see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/eta-start.asp. Help with the form is also available in different languages on the page.

• Early rate (deadline: Oct. 10th 2020): 200 $ // to avoid no-shows, Authors are expected to pay their registration fees by this date //
• Late rate (deadline: October 31st 2020): 200 $ (but not possible to upload any paper by then)
• Desk registration rate: NA $

Students (*)
• Early rate (deadline: Oct 10th, 2020): 50$ // to avoid no-shows, Authors are expected to pay their registration fees by this date //
• Late rate (deadline: October 31st, 2020): 50$ (but not possible to upload any paper by then)
• Desk registration rate: NA $

Fees cover: Conference Abstract Record (electronic format only). Access to the prerecorded material and for the paid registration only the SHM-NDT 2020 thermos bottle (through mailing)!
 

Accompanying persons (*)

• Rate (deadline: Oct. 10th, 2020): NA $
• It is not possible to book after Oct. 10th, 2020.
This amount includes only the Welcome reception
and Conference dinner.

(*) Fees refund policy is as follows : up to Oct  1st, 2020 : 100%; up to Oct 10th, 2020: 50%; 0% after.

International residents and Canadian residents pay the GST (5%).

Québec residents pay the GST (5%) and the PST (9.975%).
